Tea & Traditions at The Inn
An Heirloom Spring: Tea & Traditions at the Inn
Sunday, March 29, 2026
This spring, The Sewanee Inn invites guests to step into a tradition-in-the-making with An Heirloom Spring: Tea & Traditions at the Inn—an elegant outdoor tea experience designed for grown-ups, children, and everyone in between.
Set against the Inn’s rolling lawn in early spring, guests will enjoy hand-poured tea service, tiered tea trays, white-glove hospitality, and live violin music drifting through the afternoon air. Children ages 12 and under are invited to participate in a guided Easter egg hunt across the Inn’s grounds, adding a sense of wonder and play to the afternoon.
Blending classic afternoon tea traditions with warm Southern hospitality, this special gathering celebrates togetherness, beauty, and memory-making.
